Wholegrain Bread Recipe

Hi,


I recently bought some Volkoren Bread at a bakery in Bishop CA.

The bread is a whole wheat bread and very delicious but I haven't been able to find a recipe for it.

The Bakery (Schat's Bakkery) will not give it out. Does any one have this recipe?

Ive done an extensive internet search and found nothing. Please help! Its a long drive to Bishop and Im out of bread!
